What is the cooling-off period for a refund?

The cooling-off period is 7 days from the date of purchase and must be requested from the store that delivered the product. If you encounter issues related to the product's quality, returns, or other concerns after receipt, contact the store within 90 days. After this period, we recommend contacting consumer protection agencies, such as Procon, for further assistance if needed.
